Arise Coffee uses the information you choose to share through the event inquiry form to respond to your request and discuss whether our mobile coffee cart may fit your event.

What we receive

Inquiry details may include your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, event type, estimated guest count, drink ideas, and additional details. Please do not send sensitive information through the form.

How delivery works

The website does not maintain a custom customer database. Inquiry submissions are sent through a Cloudflare Worker for validation and then through Resend for email delivery to [email protected]. The customer email is used as the reply-to address so Arise Coffee can respond directly.

Providers and retention

Cloudflare, Resend, Render, and other infrastructure providers may maintain operational logs according to their own policies. Arise Coffee does not use the inquiry form for newsletters, advertising, or marketing-email subscriptions.
